Applying for Elders’ Rites of Passage®, EROP™ Retreat
To apply for the EROP™ retreat, we suggest first reading through this entire page.
#1 Fill out this application here.
#2 Work on the preparation work emailed to you after step #1, and wait for your interview
Finalizing your registration
#3 After we receive your application you will be contacted within a week to schedule a phone interview. When you have been accepted you will receive an email with a link to complete the registration, including a short medical, liability and travel forms. Your place will be reserved for 10 days, during which payment must be completed
The cost of the EROP™ is $875. This includes four nights lodging, all food, and the program.

The $875 payment is required prior to your participation in the Elders Rites of Passage

#4 Plan your travel … Your arrival at Johnsonburg must be by 2:00PM on Tuesday, and we are finished at 2:30 PM on Saturday. We will help with carpool organizing as we are able, but we are NOT responsible for your arrival to the ranch. Newark International airport is about 90 minutes from Johnsonburg. Lehigh Valley International airport is about an hour from Johnsonburg.
